How to register with PATCHS

1. Go to our website: kentonbridgemedicalcentre.org.uk (Dr Abu and Partners )
2. Click on  the box which says PATCHS contact your Gp on line
3. Click “Contact my GP”
4. Click “Continue with PATCHS”
5. Click “Register As A Patient”6
6. Tick both boxes-Terms and conditions
7. Complete the registration
8. A confirmation will be sent to your email. Please click on the link that you get provided. This link will then take you back to PATCHS as a registered user.
9. Choose your option to send your request.
