Appointments

Please note the doctors continually endeavour to run on time, however from time to time this is difficult when dealing with complex medical conditions.

We would appreciate your support in this matter by ensuring you have one medical problem for your 10 minute appointment

How to Make an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

Online

Patients can book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance using Patient Access and PATCHS.

By Phone

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 020 8907 6013/020 8907 6014.

In Person

Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.

If you need help when we are closed

  • Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
  • Out of hours information
  • If it’s a life-threatening emergency call 999.

How to Cancel an Appointment

GP appointment? Don’t need it? Cancel it!

We know people forget things; cancelling GP appointments being one of them. Remember to cancel your appointment if you don’t need it.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. If you are cancelling please telephone the surgery as soon as possible, and at least 30 minutes before your appointment time. This will enable us to offer your appointment to someone else.

You can cancel your appointment online using Patient Access and PATCHS if you are signed up to the service. Cancellations notified less than 30 minutes before the appointment time will be recorded as failure to attend (DNA).

Repeated failure to attend booked appointments is a significant waste of NHS resources.

Try the NHS App

You can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services and your GP account on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use online access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery you may need to request a home visits.  Please remember these are intended for the housebound, bed-bound, terminally ill patients or those whose condition will deteriorate with travel.

If you feel too ill to wait in the waiting room please let the receptionist know and we can arrange for you to sit in another area.

The best care can often be given at the surgery, but If you still think you need a home visit telephone the surgery preferably before 10:30am. The receptionist will need to take some details about what is wrong so that more urgent calls can be given priority.
