- Manage and book appointments – people can access GP online through the app to book and change GP appointments and the electronic referral service (e-RS) to book and change hospital appointments, putting them in complete control.
- Signposting services– whatever time of day or location, the app will show the nearest services and opening hours – across GPs, pharmacies, urgent care centres and minor injury units to name a few.
- Symptom checker – symptom checkers and NHS approved health apps are also signposted, making healthy lifestyle information easily accessible and providing support to patients with long-term conditions.
