Your Doctor will be sending you your test result via SMS TEXT service. If your result is NORMAL there is no need to contact the surgery.

If you have an urgent medical problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please call the NHS 111 Service by dialling 111. This number is free to call from both landlines and mobiles .
When you call the NHS 111 Service you’ll be asked some questions about your symptoms so that you can be directed to the local service that can help you best.

Patient Access On Line Services
Patients can now register with the PATIENT ACCESS ON LINE SERVICE, you can now book /cancel your appointments, order prescriptions and can also view your medical records online. Once you have registered you would need to collect your ACCOUNT ID from your Medical centre, please bring one PHOTO ID
PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER RECENTLY . A DELAY IN CONTACTING YOU MAY RESULT IN A DELAY IN YOUR TREATMENT.
YOUR NAMED GP
Each permanent patient has been allocated a named accountable GP. If you are not sure of your named accountable GP and would like this information, please contact us.
If you are over 75 – you will have received a letter last year advising you.
All GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working for six months or more in the Kenton Bridge Medical Cente,Dr Golden and Dr Abu in the last financial year was £55132 before Tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 full time GPs and 5 locum GPs.
Our Surgery email account
Patients can email their prescription requests, give details of their change of address and can give us general feed back about our services. We strongly advise patients not to send messages regarding booking appointments this is only done via ringing into the surgery or by signing up to Patients Access ,please follow the link to register .
